Lab services

Lab services are offered: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, and 1:00 – 2:30 pm.

If you are a new patient, or if you have a new insurance plan, you’ll need to bring in your insurance information, a photo ID and your physician’s order with fax number. Appointments are required at this time. For even more convenience, your physician can fax your order directly to the lab at 847.515.2334. Your results will be faxed to your physician’s office.

Nurse Practitioner Clinic

Monday - Wednesday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

The Wellness Center also offers a licensed nurse practitioner. Prescriptions for short-term illnesses and physician referrals will be provided as needed. Appointments are required at this time

Complimentary programs

Many monthly wellness programs are complimentary for Sun City residents. We encourage you to stop by the Wellness Center for a complimentary blood pressure check. Please refer to your Lifestyles magazine to get the latest news about the Wellness Center. We look forward to seeing you.

Physical Therapy Services, Close to Home

Physical therapy is available in the Fitness Center by appointment Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm for general orthopaedic conditions, post-surgical conditions, sports-related injuries, balance and dizziness issues, difficulty walking and more.
