In 1999, Del Webb broke ground in Huntley after concluding that the Chicago area was the most viable spot in the country to build a Sun City in the Snow Belt. Throughout 2019, Sun City Huntley by Del Webb is celebrating 20 Years of Fulfilling Lifestyle Dreams!  The community has hosted several celebrations in honor of this milestone with the support of our area business partners.

On October 10, 2019 we will be hosting our final 20th anniversary celebration throughout the Prairie Lodge.  With nearly 10,000 residents, we anticipate this to be one of our largest attended events ever hosted at Sun City Huntley. Once again, we thank our business partners for their consistent support and recognize our Gold, Platinum, and Bronze partners below.
