Welcome to the Resident Portal
To log into the Resident Portal for the first time, please follow these instructions:

Enter your Member Number, which can be found on the back of your Activity ID Card

Your initial password will be your Member ID. Once logged onto the site, you will be prompted to create a new password.

The final step will prompt you for an answer to a "secret" question. Answer is case sensitive. Please remember to keep all your log in details in a safe place.
Remember to keep both your Member Number and password in a secure place.
Note: To reset your password, enter your Member Number and the 4-digit Code in the Text Verification box. Hit Next. You will be prompted to enter a new password. Help is available Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm by calling 847-515-7656.
